BLOMAT

This auxiliary material blowing machine is used for blowing various kinds of powder into the molten metal in an electric furnace, LF furnace,ladle, etc. with a lance or the like.
The machine is capable of blowing an extensiverange of auxiliary materials from the ones small in specific gravity such as carbon powder to the metal powder large in specific gravity such as manganese.
Besides air, nitrogen gas,inert gas or the like is usable for blowing.

1.This machine is applicable to various kinds of auxiliary materials and an extremely broad range of particle size.

2.Because of a chamber type, blowing can be repeated a few times once an auxiliary material has been injected.

3.The weighing equipment ensures exact control on the remaining volume in the chamber,blowing volume, etc.

4.After operator sets a necessary blowing volume, material is automatically blown until the set volume is reached.

5.A constant volume type discharge mechanism and a variable speed motor are employed so that discharge volume is controllable for a stepless change in blowing volume.

6.Blowing pressure and blowing volume are readily changeable.
