ROTEKTOR

This machine is to spray refractory mortar or repairing all facilities using refractories such as electric furnace, a convertor, a coke oven, a ladle and a hot metal runner when their wall is partially damaged.
This enables to perform the hot repair work of variouse furnaces in a short time and accurately.
The work environment is significantly improved and labor saving can be more extensively promoted.

Features of ROTEKTOR

1.Repair work can be achieved by spraying any refractory mortar regardless of their grain size and specific gravity.

2.Since it is of a chamber type, several times of repair work can be performed by one charge of refractory mortar.

3.The machine is automatically operated only by pressing a push button.(The operation can also be remotely controlled from the nozzle.)

4.It is able to increase or decrease the supply volume of refractory mortar by employment of a feeder and a stepless reduction motor.
